Keď v Nissane tvorili koncept Titan Warrior, asi im na stene visel plagát Fordu F-150 Raptor. Alebo im možno jeden priamo stál na parkovisku. Alebo ešte lepšie, mali ho rozobraný v laobratóriách. Každý jeden detail zobrali, analyzovali a spravili lepším. Aj dizajn sa nám pozdáva.
Warrior je drsnou interpretáciou klasického Titanu XD. Zovňajšok pôsobí odolnejšie a vytvára dojem, že znesie toľko, čo Toyota Hilux. Do terénu sa bude hodiť plech chrániaci motor. Vhod bude najmä v ťažšom teréne, na poľnej ceste oň budú cinkať len konce tráv.
Raptor od Fordu má benzínový motor. Ale Warrior nie. Ten bude mať pod kapotou päťlitrový osemvalec Cummins. Ten má výkon 228 kW (310 k). Ale krútiaci moment je až neuveriteľných 750 Nm. Všetky štyri kolesá sa roztáčajú cez silnú šesťstupňovú prevodovkou. Automatické radenie ste čakať mohli.
Aj keď je Warrior len koncept, automobilka naň získala vynikajúce ohlasy, takže je možnosť, že sa dostane aj do sériovej výroby.
